JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY – FEBRUARY 21, 2007

In 2006, John Michael Montgomery was arrested for drunken driving. However, the officer was later fired. Officials in Lexington, Kentucky, charged Joshua Cromer with unbecoming conduct, dishonesty, and insubordination after he arrested Montgomery on February 14, 2006, near the singer’s home.
